Lets talk about why waiting to buy a home could cost you a lot of Money! I get questions all of the time about waiting for homes to become more affordable.
However, there are no strong indicators that is going to happen any time soon. Unless we have a huge economic change, such as a flood of houses in the market due to foreclosure, supply and demand will remain out of balance and high demand with low supply will continue driving prices up, although at a slower pace than we have been experiencing.
But the cost of waiting can be real. Give me about 3 minutes to explain how much it may cost you even waiting a year to buy your next home.
