Integrity – Knowledgeable – Dependable
Yes, I said HIRE!
That’s right I work for you.
My whole job as a professional real estate salesperson, is to make your life better. It is to use my knowledge and experience to help you overcome your natural fear and hesitation in order to achieve the goals that you have set for yourself.
Just like any professional, like your doctor, lawyer and accountant, I have a duty to only work in your best interest. And I genuinely care about my clients.
However, unlike these professionals I only get paid if I achieve the results you desire. In addition, as a professional I stand behind my commitment to you. I guarantee* that I will add value. If I don’t live up to your expectation of great service, then you can fire me. I will rip up the contract.
At the core of my business is a relationship of trust between me and a client.
Many in real estate today believe it’s about technology or discounts; but I believe it’s all about adding value to others and helping others achieve their goals.
I truly believe in and live by the golden rule:
Do onto others as you would have them do onto you.
*Guarantee – If I don’t live up to your expectations and you want to fire me, then all you have to do is contact my broker. If he cannot fix the issue to your satisfaction, we will rip up the contract. We are all about service to you.

Born and raised in Lomita, I actively participate in serving the community through Kiwanis and Lions Clubs, various veterans organizations, California Business Advisory Council and other local non-profits. I also give back by just having fun and giving away prizes to those in the community; enter to win a prize here.
I appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.
Houses in South Bay is top of mind for anyone seeking to buy or sell a home in the greater Lomita area; we educate our clients and the community about the local real estate market; and are active in many aspects of the community to provide for the benefits of others.
I lead a life and conduct my business around the principle of “do onto others, as you would have done to you”.
I provide professional services based on trust, integrity, excellence, and service to others.
I communicate well; am trustworthy; am generous; am a student and educator.
If I am not helping someone buy or sell a home. You will find me helping others in my community and expressing my love of people and possibilities.
On a mission to serve. As a proud Lions Club member I serve the community throughout the South Bay and beyond. With our focus on Vision we help our communities students see better with free eye exams and glasses. We also provide exams and glasses to our communities homeless.
With additional focus on disaster relief, humanitarian causes, diabetes, youth, childhood cancer, the environment and hunger we are always busy somewhere.
I really am just a big kid at heart. I love to play and have a good time.
Kiwanis, gives me the opportunity to make sure that the kids of our community have every opportunity to also have fun, grow, succeed and achieve. I am dedicated to share my time, talent and experiences along with this global network of do-gooders to make sure the children in our community have unlimited opportunities.
I have a special place in my heart for our nations veterans. These are people that have pledged to give their lives if necessary to protect our way of life. I dedicate my self to several veteran causes to try and give back a little to those who were willing to give so much.
Ventura County Stand Down, Veterans Committee Chairperson – The California Employers Advisory Council – Veteran Employer of the Year Award, The Long Beach Veterans Day Parade, and many others.
Through my participation in Lions and Kiwanis clubs we tackle issues that impact a community as a whole, but i wanted to do more on a one on one basis. Every month I pick a local project (time allowing, I have to earn a living too) that will impact a community member directly. I try to focus on safety or mobility concerns for people with a disability.
If you need help or want to help please let me know on the community page under Help your Neighbor.
